The 3 hour class gives an inside look into the work of an orchestrator and session producer with original scores, audio and video examples.

Main topics will be:
* How to prepare score & parts production for the best recording results.
* Differences in working with samples and live players.
* Recording schedules as key for successful recordings.
* Orchestral group recordings vs. tutti recordings.
* Let's compare good mockups and live recordings.

David Christiansen is founder of the orchestration network emotionscore.com and looks back to a 10 year career in score preparation, session producing and contracting.
He worked for video games like Elder Scolls Online, Guild Wars 2, Angry Birds 2 and Total War: Warhammer, for a wide range of movies and for musicians like Andrea Bocelli.
The album 'Winter Endless' for Taiwanese pop music band Sodagreen won 5 Golden Melody Awards including best album producer and best musical arrangement.
